Yesterday had ten moving parts.None of them arrived in order.

A dose at 07:40. Fourteen hard sets. Two drinks. A short night before all of it.

Everything you change leaves a trail. Finally see it in order.

Nothing interpreted yet. Only lined up.

Seven of them were noise. Now you can tell which three were not.

A short night, a dose at 07:40, fourteen hard sets: the three that moved with the change.

It will not tell you to stop, change or take anything. It tells you what moved, when it moved, and how sure it is. What you do next is between you and your clinician.

Export for your clinician

You tracked it all. Now interrogate it.

It answers with your numbers, names the window it used, and stops short of telling you what to do.

Most peptide apps are glorified dose trackers.Slop with a syringe icon.

A reminder, a vial count, a CSV. Not one of them tells you what changed.

A FEW ANSWERS

About CompoundArc

What is CompoundArc?

CompoundArc is an iPhone app for tracking compound protocols, workouts, recovery, and biomarkers on one timeline. It connects what you log with changes in your own record.

What can I track?

Track compounds, protocols, cycles, dose logs and vial inventory; workouts, sets, reps and loads; recovery, sleep and vitals; and lab results and biomarkers. Entries share one timeline.

Is Apple Health required?

No. You can log protocols, workouts and lab results without connecting Apple Health. Connecting it adds the health categories you choose, such as sleep and recovery readings. Access is read-only and you can revoke it in Health.

What does Arc, the assistant, do?

Arc answers questions about your logged data, summarizes trends and describes observed relationships. It uses relevant parts of your record and explains the evidence behind an answer. An association does not establish a cause.

Does CompoundArc provide medical or dosing advice?

No. CompoundArc is a consumer wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat conditions, or tell you which compound or dose to take. Discuss treatment and dosing decisions with a qualified clinician. Read the terms.

How is my information handled?

Records are stored with Supabase in Ohio, United States. AI features send relevant observations or supplied images and documents to outside services for processing. You can export your record or delete your account. The privacy policy explains collection, processing, retention and your controls.

Is the beta available, and how do I request access?

Beta coming soon. Public beta access is not yet available. To request early access, email [email protected]. This opens your email app; it is not an automated waitlist or a public TestFlight invitation.
