What CompoundArc is

CompoundArc is a logging and analysis tool for your own health data. It records what you enter, reads what you permit from Apple Health, and describes relationships it finds between the two. It is a consumer wellness product.

What CompoundArc is not

CompoundArc is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. It does not recommend a compound, a dose, a schedule or a protocol, and it will not do so if asked. It does not source, sell or supply anything.

Every observation it produces is an association found in your own record, reported with the number of days it rests on and the window it covers. An association is not a cause. Decisions about what you take, and whether you should be taking it at all, belong between you and a qualified clinician. Many compounds people log in an app like this are unapproved, and compounded or unapproved products can differ in identity, quality and safety from what their label claims.

You are responsible for the legality of what you do in your own jurisdiction.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account, and the analysis assumes it: a shared account produces meaningless correlations.

Subscriptions and billing

CompoundArc Pro is $4.99 per week, $14.99 per month, or $99.99 per year. There is no free trial. These reference prices are in US dollars and may differ by storefront. The App Store purchase sheet shows the applicable local price.

• A setup window comes first. Before any payment is asked for, you can connect a health source, log your first entries and see your baseline. That window is one time and is capped at a small number of records.
• Billing is handled by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and cancellation happens in your App Store account settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Refunds are Apple's to give. CompoundArc cannot issue them directly.
• Lapsing does not delete anything. Your existing record remains available for viewing, correction and export, and new logging resumes when you resubscribe.

Export, deletion, disconnecting a source and managing your subscription are never behind the paywall, in any subscription state.

Your data, and your content

Your record is yours. You grant CompoundArc only the licence needed to store it, display it back to you, and compute the analysis you asked for. That licence ends when you delete the data. Handling is described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not use CompoundArc to give anyone else medical advice.
• Do not attempt to reach another account's data, or to probe the service for a way in.
• Do not resell, scrape, or redistribute the compound reference library.
• Do not use the assistant to try to obtain dosing guidance. It is built to refuse.

Availability

CompoundArc is provided as it is. Reasonable effort goes into keeping it running and keeping your data safe, but no uptime is guaranteed and features may change. Keep your own exports of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CompoundArc is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by cancelling and, if you want, deleting your account. CompoundArc may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will say why.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Texas, United States, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction.
